How to Initiate a Return

10. Final Sale Items: Clearance, promotional, customized items, and samples are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. This includes limited-edition drops, discounted pieces, and garments provided for sizing or promotional use.

29. Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If this occurs, please file a claim directly with the carrier and then email us with your order details—we’re happy to assist where possible in helping you track or recover the item.
30. Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Please include photos and your order number. We will send you a prepaid shipping label to return the item and will correct the issue promptly at no cost to you.
